Warranty Policy
Walton Trailers are built to last. Every trailer we manufacture is backed by a Lifetime Structural Warranty on the frame — because we stand behind our work.

Lifetime warranty on all main frame welds, cross members, and structural components against defects in materials and workmanship.
Components & Hardware
Third-party components — axles, hydraulic systems, lights, and couplers — carry their respective manufacturer warranties, typically 1–2 years.
Dealer-Submitted Claims
All warranty claims must be submitted through an authorized Walton dealer. Your dealer coordinates the inspection and repair process on your behalf.
How to File a Warranty Claim
Warranty claims are processed exclusively through the authorized Walton dealer network. Your dealer will inspect the trailer, document the issue, and submit the claim directly to Walton. Here's what to expect:
Reach out to the authorized dealer where you purchased your trailer. Have your trailer's serial number and purchase date ready.
Your dealer will inspect the trailer and document the issue with photos and a written description before submitting the claim to Walton.
Our service team reviews the submitted claim and coordinates directly with your dealer on next steps, parts, or repair authorization.
Once approved, the repair or replacement is carried out through your dealer. Turnaround time depends on the nature of the repair and parts availability.
